A Cawood mum-of-two who runs a baby and toddler therapy business has been nominated for a prestigious business award.
I founded Bobotime in 2016 after my 1st born daughter struggled to settle at night and benefited from baby massage therapy.
Now, Bobotime offers Soothe, Settle and Sleep Therapy, Messy Play and Baby Yoga, has been nominated for an MPower award, which recognises entrepreneurial mums.
'Its so amazing to be nominated. The whole system recognises is mums in business and its new mums taking the time out to support other mums. It makes me feel so proud.
I struggled to find a way to settle my newborn baby into the busy family schedule and discovered the sessions after suggestions from friends. Emily loved it and it was great to meet other new mums and learn techniques on how to relax.
When my maternity leave was over, I left my job and qualified as a baby therapist.
I wanted to be helping new mums, and share experiences with each other.
All Bobotime sessions are around parents and baby, but looking at bringing parents together and sharing experiences.
It is so good to talk about your experiences and know you're not the only one going through it.
I live in Cawood with my 2 daughters, Emily 3 and Felicity 1 and i'm honoured to be nominated for such an amazing award.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Bobotime, we have lots of classes happening so please check out the website www.bobotime.co.uk
